The reason why Hebei Normal University is located in Luquan District is to further deepen the exchanges and cooperation between well-known enterprises in leading industries and key universities in the province, further promote the introduction of talents and provide strong talent support for Luquan's innovative, green and high-quality development. On July 28th, a 9-member delegation led by the president of Hebei Normal University was invited to Luquan for on-the-spot investigation. Deputy Secretary and District Chief of Luquan District Committee of Shijiazhuang City, Standing Committee of District Committee and Minister of Organization Department accompanied the investigation. The delegation visited Colin Electric, Innovation Center Exhibition Hall, Senst Ke, Shen Yue Software and other well-known enterprises in leading industries, got a detailed understanding of Luquan District 1+3' s modern industrial development pattern, the development process and operating conditions of each enterprise, and listened to the experience and practices in talent introduction, enterprise services and infrastructure. Subsequently, the two sides held a symposium on visiting enterprises to expand their posts and cooperation between schools and places. The location advantage, historical background, ecological environment, industrial advantage and talent policy of Luquan were introduced at the meeting. I hope we can take this cooperation and exchange activity as an opportunity to strengthen the docking and cooperation in the fields of industrial docking, talent training, innovation and entrepreneurship, introduce and train more outstanding talents to work in Luquan, promote the transformation of more scientific research achievements in Luquan, and provide intellectual, scientific and technological support and resources for the high-quality development of Luquan. It also introduces the historical evolution, school-running characteristics, discipline setting and talent training of Hebei Normal University. The heads of Science and Technology Department, Post Teaching Center and Employment and Entrepreneurship Center of Hebei Normal University exchanged views with the heads of enterprises such as Shen Yue Software, Senst Ke, Colin Electric, etc. on strengthening cooperation between schools and places, training and introducing talents. Finally, Luquan District People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hebei Normal University.
