1965 March 12 the State Council's reply: In principle, Hebei and Shandong are bounded by Wei Canal and Siniusi Jianhe. The details are as follows: the organizational system of Ningjin County in Hebei Province, together with Tianzhuang, Kui, Shuangduizhuang, Liu, Daliu, Changwa, Duji, Houwang, Chaihudian, Chengguan, Xiangzhen, Baodian, Xiaodian, Zhangzhai, Shiji and Ji Hu on the right bank of the river to which Ningjin County belongs. Ningjin County is divided into Dongguang County and wuqiao county City (approved by the State Council1March 1965 12).
