I've been in this situation. Last year, I was studying full-time because of naked resignation. I believe I can find a job after I finish my studies. Otherwise, the first job application took three days to interview, and the job was sent and received. It's not appropriate to wait for three days, MMB. It's not appropriate to say it earlier. Why did it take me so long?

Unwilling and depressed, I stayed for a week, then I didn't do the interview and applied for two jobs, both of which were: I will inform you within three days. But I once fell into self-doubt, and I finally became a doctor after a long illness. I summed up a routine for finding a job.

First, let's not talk nonsense, just look at the routine.

1. Find 10 interested companies;

It is necessary to talk about the problem of job application software here.

(1) Internet job search software:

BOSS, the boss who recently swiped the screen in the elevator, was hired directly. There are all kinds of people in it, except the boss. There is also a hook. The feedback of this software is not as fast as BOSS, and there are many job seekers online. It can be said that I am focused on the internet, but how to wait for you to experience it.

Choose recruitment software according to the nature of the job you are looking for, and then find 10 the company you like and want to interview.

2. Find 3-5 families with special interest from 10 families.

In this 10 company, make a preliminary investigation on the business, nature and status of the company, whether you want to go, like it or not, then filter and exclude it, and then select 3-5 companies.

3. Analyze the recruitment needs of 3-5 companies.

4. Then investigate or analyze the company.

③ Learn about the company's related business and products from official website or WeChat official accounts or small programs. Do you like this product, or at least don't dislike it?

(4) Understand the financing situation of the company, and can't go to work for two months. The company leader said that there is no money, and then your salary has not been paid, so let you go;

⑤ Now the scale of the company, the time of establishment, the company executives and so on are equivalent to a repeated analysis. After the analysis, continue to talk about the next step;

Screening again

This step is simple. After analyzing these 3-5 companies, see if there are any qualified businesses or recruitment needs in these 3-5 companies. Two were found, and the others were excluded.

6. Find the person you want to go to and write a resume according to their recruitment requirements.

7. Finish your resume and prepare for the interview;

8. Skills of preparing for the interview again

Or you should be prepared to predict what questions hr will ask you, and you should be prepared in advance.

Finally, there is the question of interview skills. Share a little routine, but if you really don't have such a strong message, a regular interview will do.

Since you have done so much research, after HR asked you to introduce yourself, you began to guide HR and you took the lead.
