The Chinese People's Armed Police Force is a force entrusted by the state to undertake the task of domestic security. Gold troops
The Gold Force of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force is mainly responsible for basic public welfare geological work tasks such as regional geological survey and mineral prospect survey, exploration of polymetallic mineral resources and emergency rescue of geological disasters, and carries out tasks entrusted by the state to maintain social stability and deal with emergencies according to law. Known as the "national team" of gold geology in China. The Armed Police Headquarters has the Golden Command, which has the Golden Army Corps and other troops under its jurisdiction.
Forest forces
The Forest Force of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force is mainly responsible for forest fire prevention and extinguishing in Northeast China, Inner Mongolia, Yunnan and other places, as well as maintaining social order and protecting forest resources. The Armed Police Headquarters has a Forest Headquarters, which has jurisdiction over Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Yunnan Forest Corps. The Armed Police Forest Force is the only force in the world to protect the ecology. Responsible for the duty and fire prevention and extinguishing of forests and grasslands over1.600 million hectares nationwide. The vast number of officers and men of the forest forces, together with the mountains, fought against snowstorms, severe cold and put out fires, and participated in fighting more than 2,000 forest fires, saving tens of billions of yuan in economic losses for the country.
Armed police hydropower unit
The hydropower unit of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force mainly undertakes national key energy construction projects, including large and medium-sized water conservancy, hydropower projects and other construction tasks. The Armed Police Headquarters has a hydropower headquarters, which has jurisdiction over the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Corps of Hydropower. The Armed Police Hydropower Unit is the only team in the hydropower industry of the whole army to participate in the five trans-century projects of Three Gorges Project, West-to-East Power Transmission, South-to-North Water Transfer, West-to-East Gas Transmission and Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The border guards of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force are mainly responsible for border inspection, border security management, border patrol in some areas, and combating smuggling and smuggling at sea. The fire brigade of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force is mainly responsible for fire prevention and extinguishing; Rescue civilians in non-violent accidents, etc. The fire brigade is managed by the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security, and all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government have public security fire brigades (public security fire brigades).
Security forces
The guards of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force are mainly responsible for defending the main leaders of the party, the country, provinces and cities and important visiting foreign guests. The security forces are managed by the Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, and all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government have security bureaus.
Special team
