Li Chunyang, male, 1967 was born in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province in February. 1989 obtained a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang Forestry College (now Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University), and 199 1 obtained a master's degree from Northeast Forestry University.
