Hello, my name is Ji. I am 1 1 year old. I am a student in Class 5 (1) of Xinhua Experimental Primary School. I am currently the monitor of Class 5 (1), the squadron leader of the Young Pioneers and the representative of the math class.
Five years ago, I joined the Chinese Young Pioneers with honor. From that moment on, this bright red scarf has always inspired me to keep forging ahead and strive to become a young pioneer with excellent academic performance.
As a monitor, I always set strict demands on myself and set an example. Usually actively assist the teacher to manage the class boldly, and complete the tasks assigned by the teacher well. As a member of my class, I get along well with my classmates. Whenever any classmate has difficulties, I will try my best to help them. My classmates all say that I am a "caring monitor and trustworthy partner". As a squadron leader, I know that I should always play an exemplary role. During the snowstorm in the south, the Wenchuan earthquake, the drought in the southwest, and the emergency in Yushu, I was heart-to-heart with the people in the disaster area. I volunteered my pocket money and lucky money to help them as much as I could. In order to enrich my classmates' after-school life, I often bring my treasured books to school to share with my classmates. Thanks to the joint efforts of teachers and the whole class, our class has been rated as an excellent class collective for many times. In 2008, I was also rated as an outstanding student cadre in Xinhua District.
In learning, Yan Zhenqing, a great calligrapher, put it well: "Black hair doesn't know how to learn early, but it's too late to learn". I love studying, reading and science. In class, I listen carefully and speak actively; Do homework, try to be neat and diligent in thinking; When I encounter a difficult problem, I learn to ask questions with an open mind and answer them seriously. I know that to be an excellent class cadre, we should not only do our job well, be a good teacher's assistant, but also study well and play an exemplary role. I am often praised and encouraged by my teachers because of my excellent grades. I was rated as a "three-good" student every semester, and my classmates secretly regarded me as an example for them to learn.
While studying hard, I also take an active part in physical exercise. I can jump rope, play basketball, shake diabolo and turn hula hoop. In the "Sunshine Sports" held by the whole school in 2008, my diabolo performance was widely praised by teachers and classmates. I also like reading, drawing and making small works. There are about 300 books that belong to me at home. My parents let me read widely, but I prefer We Love Science. Those natural mysteries and wonders, ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, deeply attracted me. I am determined to be a scientist when I grow up, to explore the secrets of nature and enjoy the happiness of scientific research!
Usually my parents let me keep a diary to record my growth. Over time, I became interested in writing. My compositions "Little Parrot", "Qinglong Mountain" and "Growing Up in a Book" were published in Pingdingshan Evening News Little Reporter's Garden, and "zhanhe Spring Scenery", "Skateboarding Learning", "Joy of Success" and "Aunt" were also adopted by Xiaoshanwu Composition Network. In addition, I also won the third prize of fine arts in the 10th National Calligraphy and Painting Competition for Primary and Secondary School Students, the third prize of hard pen calligraphy in the 3rd Calligraphy Competition for Primary and Secondary School Students and Teachers in Henan Province, and the first prize in the 11th, 12th and 13th Pingdingshan Live Painting Competition.
"No pains, no gains", although I have made some achievements, I can't be satisfied with my present achievements. I want to surpass myself, climb higher mountains, and strive to become a real "top ten teenager".
