He used to be the executive director, vice president and member of the Party Committee of China Shandong Expressway Finance Group Co., Ltd., the vice minister (presiding) of the investment development department (property management department) of Shandong Expressway Group Co., Ltd., the office director and general manager of Shandong Expressway Group Co., Ltd. He is currently the chairman (legal representative) of the Company.
