The afterglow first appeared in 1989+ 10. Originally, it was the journal of the Retired Teachers' Association. Its purpose was to transmit information, exchange ideas, maintain feelings and adjust the spiritual life of its members. 1993 September, the town retired cadres management service station decided to jointly run a magazine with the town retired education association to expand the distribution target. Since the 55th issue, it has become two general publications, and its purpose has been changed to serve "learning, doing, enjoying, supporting and treating the elderly". To 1997, the issue of 100 was released. From the issue 159 of Yu Hui, the town government provided special funds, and the town leaders took the lead in writing the manuscript. The circulation of publications has increased from the initial 80 to 500, and the quality has been continuously improved and its influence has been continuously expanded. The cover and printing technology of publications are further refined and specialized. From the issue of 177 (2003 1 1 month), the town party committee decided to change the printing in the town to the Central Plains Printing House, and added landscapes such as "Hanlin Pavilion" and "Jinye Bridge" on the cover, including important news, monographs, comments, miscellaneous talks, essays and folk customs. "Afterglow" has become a window for kan shi zhen Party Committee and government to publicize, a bridge to communicate with the masses, and a spiritual home for retired veteran comrades.

By the end of 2005, the magazine17th anniversary published 203 issues, and the contributors expanded from local to other places, from ordinary authors to well-known writers and celebrities, such as Zhang Shengyou, Zhang Wei, Lu, Lu, Chen Yanian, Jiang Changwu, Tu Xiangsheng, Weng Dingshan and others. At the beginning of publication, there were only 10 authors, and now there are more than 80 authors. Huiyu was founded in February 2002 by editor-in-chief Lu Ruofan. Editor-in-chief Lu since March 2002. The compilation of Kan Shizhen Chronicle began in April 2000, and the first draft was basically completed in July 20001. After being reviewed and revised by the municipal and county local chronicles committees, it was delivered to Longyan Printing Factory for printing and publication in July 2003, which is the first township chronicle in the county.

The Chronicle of Kanshi Town is divided into 27 chapters 1 13, covering organizational system, physical geography, population, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy and hydropower, industry, transportation, posts and telecommunications, village construction, commerce, supply and marketing, grain and oil, business administration, taxation, finance, political power, party and mass, etc. The book has 480,000 words and 325 color pages (including maps). Lu, the executive editor of the book, has a fund of 6.5438+0.5 million yuan, most of which are sponsored by units and entrepreneurs.

The Annals of Kan's Town adheres to the viewpoint of historical materialism and objectively records Kan's nature, society, history and present situation. Especially in humanities, geography, historical evolution and economic context, it has both traditional characteristics and characteristics of the times. It provides a scientific basis for the construction of Kancheng. Chronicles adhere to the principle of "its text is straight, its matter is the core, its beauty is not empty, and its evil is not hidden", showing the historical picture of Kan. When compiling, it takes time as the longitude and category as the latitude, which is rigorous in structure, logical and systematic. It embodies the functions of local chronicles, such as politics, education and preservation of history.

The cover of the magazine was inscribed by General Lu Rencan, deputy political commissar of the PLA Navy, the title page was inscribed by Lai, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Longyan Municipal Committee, and the poems were inscribed by Senior Colonel Lu Junkun, political commissar of the detachment directly under the General Logistics Department of China People's Liberation Army. The cover photography is Zhan Yinsen, editor of Minxi Daily. Lu Chunping, secretary of the Town Party Committee, and Zhang Shengyou, secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Writers Association and president and editor-in-chief of the Writers Publishing House, respectively prefaced the Town Records.
