Mr. Wei Xinpu: Born in May, 1972, China nationality, with no permanent residency abroad, party member, CPC, with a master's degree. He used to be the deputy director of the Animal Husbandry Department of the Autonomous Region Animal Husbandry Department, the supervisor of the third board of supervisors of Tianshan Bio, and the director of the third board of directors of Tianshan Bio. He is currently the stationmaster of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Animal Husbandry Station, the general branch secretary of Tianshan Biological Party and the director of the fourth board of directors.
