Some units want to know the marital status of job seekers from the perspective of "continuity" of employment. However, it is illegal to refuse employment on the grounds of "married" or "married and not pregnant". Marital status cannot be used as "information" that employees must provide when hiring employees.
Marital status does not belong to the scope of reasons that can cause fraud when concluding a labor contract, because it is neither the basis for the unit to make employment decisions nor the scope of the unit's right to know.
