Cao Fangjun, a national second-class actor, a coolie and a representative of Shaanxi Opera; Graduated from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Art School; Member of Hohhot Dramatists Association. In June, 1992, 1 won the "second prize" in the fourth "Zhaojun Cup" young actors' drama, singing and dancing performance competition. In June, 1992, 1 won the third prize of the 4th Zhaojun Cup Drama Song and Dance Competition.

In September, 2003, she won the "Singing Award" in the China Opera "Hongmei Award" Singing Competition (Taiyuan Division). Introduction to Jin Opera

Shanxi Opera, a local opera of Han nationality, is one of the four major Bangzi operas in Shanxi, also known as Shanxi Bangzi. Because it is produced in the middle of Shanxi Province, it is also called Zhonglu Bangzi, also known as "Chinese Opera", and other provinces call Shanxi Road Bangzi. Mainly popular in north-central Shanxi and parts of Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia and Hebei. Shanxi Opera is characterized by euphemistic and smooth melody, soft, mellow and cordial melody, clear and simple, with strong local flavor and unique style in Jinzhong.

On May 20th, 2006, Jin Opera was approved by the State Council, People's Republic of China (PRC) to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list, numbered Ⅳ-18.
