Zhu is now a professor at National Defense University. He used to be the director of strategic teaching and research department of National Defense University, the deputy director of strategic research institute, the deputy director and director of foreign training department of National Defense University, the deputy chief of staff of Guangkong University, and the dean of National Defense College of National Defense University. He joined the army from 65438 to 0969, and graduated from Nanjing Institute of International Relations, Military Academy Staff Class and National Defense University Graduate School.
Zhu has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in National Defense University and its predecessor, military and political universities and military academies for more than 30 years. His research fields mainly include Sino-US relations, Taiwan Province Province, China's national security, China's national defense and Asia-Pacific security. He has published more than 200 papers in newspapers and periodicals at home and abroad, including The Development and Trend of Sino-US Relations, Towards the Great Power Relations in the 2 1 century, Contemporary American Military, Crossroads: Where to Go in Central Asia, etc.
1988 conducted a half-year visit study at the National Institute of Strategic Studies in the UK, and 1993 to 1994 conducted a visit study at the School of Asian and African Studies at the University of London in the UK for 1 year.
