Huang Guangyao, a native of Xiangfen, Shanxi Province, was born in 1956. At the age of six, under the guidance of his father, Mr. Huang Wenhui, Liu Xiyan dabbled in ancient and modern times. In 2005, the first exhibition of China's famous poems was held in China National Museum, and People's Daily published news. He has held many personal book fairs in Linfen, Taiyuan, Tianjin and Beijing. Participated in the National Chang 'an Pen Club, the China-Japan Pen Club and the China Painting and Calligraphy Art Seminar.
His famous poems and books are widely circulated in Japan, Singapore, the United States and other world-famous places.
