1993 graduated from Guangxi university, majoring in pharmaceutical chemistry and science and technology development and management (class 3+1); 1993- 1999 worked in Nanning High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, Nanning Maple Leaf Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Nanning Kang Hua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and was admitted to the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology during the period of 65438-0999 to study for a master's degree in MBA, during which he studied at Asian Institute of Technology for one semester. During the postgraduate period, I worked in Beijing Jiuqian Enterprise Standard Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jinyuan Jian Computer Co., Ltd. successively, and served as a clerk, sales clerk, salesman, office director, advertising department manager, product manager and regional manager.

In June 2002, he was transferred to the Department of Business Administration of Business School of Guangxi University as a teacher. At present, the research direction is mainly strategic management and entrepreneur management. He has successively participated in national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects such as Technological Progress, Institutional Change and Entrepreneurial Opportunities: Theoretical and Practical Research Based on Underdeveloped Areas, Dynamic Evolution of Entrepreneurial Team Members' Mutual Trust Based on APIM and Its Influencing Factors, Research on the Development Strategy of Colleges and Universities in Guangxi, Investigation and Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Environment in Nanning, and Research on the Impact of Environmental Factors in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Guangxi.

I love experiment and practice teaching, and have taught many management experiment classes. Over the years, I have guided students to participate in the International Enterprise Management Challenge (GMC), the enterprise competition simulation, the national enterprise competition sand table simulation, and the national college students' management innovation decision-making competition, and won many awards such as the national 15 top, the national first prize, the second prize and the third prize.
