1. Application conditions: Foreigners who once held China nationality can apply for the restoration of China nationality with justifiable reasons. Those who have been approved to restore China nationality shall not retain their foreign nationality.
2. Acceptance and approval authority: The authority that accepts the application for restoration of nationality is the local municipal and county public security bureau in China. China embassies and consulates abroad. The application for restoration of China nationality shall be examined and approved by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China. The Ministry of Public Security authorizes foreign embassies and consulates to examine and approve applications for the restoration of China nationality by foreign Chinese.
3. Application procedure: Fill in the Application Form for Restoring People's Republic of China (PRC) Nationality, submit a written application for restoring China nationality, and submit corresponding certificates.
4. Other matters: After the restoration of China nationality is approved, foreign nationality shall not be retained. China citizens' entry and exit formalities shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
