Graduated from Chinese Department of Beijing Normal University. He used to be vice president and deputy editor-in-chief of Publishing Research magazine, deputy editor-in-chief of China Book Publishing House, director and executive deputy general manager of Beijing Dongfang Baodian Information Technology Development Co., Ltd., and director of China Journal Association. Currently, he is the director, researcher and editor of Digital Publishing Research Office of China Publishing Science Research Institute. I have worked in TV stations, newspapers, magazines, publishing houses, websites, software development, publishing and scientific research. I have conducted in-depth research on digital publishing and online publishing, and the developed software has been used by many publishing units.

Since 2004, it has undertaken a number of national, provincial and ministerial digital publishing, online publishing and new media projects. Digital publishing has put forward many new ideas, and the definition of digital publishing has won unanimous approval.
