Beichen Mountain, commonly known as Beishan Rock, is located in the northeast corner of Tong 'an District, Xiamen, in Wuxian Town, Tong 'an, adjacent to Nan 'an, and 12km away from Tong 'an City. 1998 was rated as a provincial-level scenic spot by the provincial government, with a total area of 12.2 square kilometers.
Beishanyan has a long history and outstanding people. Tongan calendar says "Beishan comes first, Tongan comes last". At the end of the Tang Dynasty, Wang Shen was like "the bamboo forest in the north mountain worships the sword, and the sword actually worships three times." The rebel army wants to be king, and the king respects his brother, five generations and ten countries. After Wang was named "King of Fujian" by Zhu Wen at the end of Liang Dynasty, he was honored as "the first person to open Fujian" and was later called "King of Fujian". Song Taizu presented "Eight Min Taizu" plaque. In order to commemorate the king, people specially built the "Zhonghui Temple" and the "Tomb of the King of Min". In the first year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty, the Qiandian and Zhongdian of Zhonghui Wang Zun Temple were rebuilt. Xianfeng in Qing Dynasty was rebuilt again in 2000, 1982 during the Cultural Revolution, and 1994 built the majestic mountain gate of Beichen Mountain. February 12 of the lunar calendar is the day when the king of Fujian becomes immortal. Five days before and after, the Beichenshan Temple Fair was unprecedented, with constant incense and a sea of people. Nanqu and Gaojia Opera sang all night; "Song Jiangzhen" shows its talents; Pilgrims from all directions burned incense to pay homage to King Kaimin.
The main scenic spots of Beishan Rock are: the Millennium ancient temple Guangli Temple, also known as "Wang Zun Temple", the mountain gate of Beichen Mountain, Twelve Longtan Waterfall, the tomb of Wang Min, Shuitian Cave (also known as Gong Xian Palace), Longtan Stone Carving, Xiangu Cave, Twelve Dragon Walls, Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea, Niuling Peak, Fairy Waterfall, Green Pool, Linhai Tingtao and Jingbi City. Strolling through the scenic spot, the peaks turn around, the winding paths lead to secluded places, the mountains and rivers are green everywhere, and the birds and flowers are singing step by step. Longtan Waterfall, Baizhang Longtan Qianqi Mountain and Wannian Waterfall are magnificent; Lin hai listens to the sound of the waves, the wind and birds sing together, and the autumn sound is sweet; Visit Jinghu Lake, with winding shores, dense water monsters and gurgling mountain springs. Overlooking Niu Ling, the water and rocks in Shan Qi are even more strange, with heavy green mountains wrapped in white clouds, curtains and waterfalls flying with beads, and bursts of Lin Tao floating to welcome guests.
