(1) The net assets of the applicant in the two years before the application are not less than100000 Hong Kong dollars.

(2) The applicant 18 is over one year old and has no criminal record.

(3) China residents must obtain permanent residency in foreign countries (our company can directly act as an agent in a third country) before they can apply for investment immigration in Hong Kong.
