2011/On February 7th, Luo Baoming, secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee and secretary of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, read out the decision of the Central Committee: the Central Committee decided that Comrade Li should be appointed as a member, standing committee member and deputy secretary of the Hainan Provincial Committee.

20 12 0 15 10 In October, the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress of Hubei Province passed a decision on accepting Comrade Li's request to resign as the deputy governor of Hubei Provincial People's Government.

20 15 0 19 10, the Party Group of the Standing Committee of Hainan Provincial People's Congress held the 20 14 annual democratic life meeting. Before the meeting, Luo Baoming, secretary of Hainan Provincial Party Committee, party secretary and director of Hainan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, announced that Mr. Li had been appointed as deputy secretary of the party group of Hainan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee after research by the provincial party Committee. According to the column "Leadership of CPC Hainan Provincial Committee" on the official website of Hainan Provincial Government, Mr. Li no longer holds the post of Deputy Secretary of Hainan Provincial Committee.

2015 February 13, the third plenary session of the fifth people's congress of Hainan province was held in the Great Hall of the People, at which Mr. Li was elected as the deputy director of the Standing Committee of the fifth people's congress of Hainan province.
