Chen Ting (19 1 1-2005) is a native of Shantouzai Village, Baishi Township, Fu 'an City, Fujian Province. 1930 joined China * * *, 1932 participated in the Lantian riots in eastern Fujian, and later joined the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants. 1955 was awarded the rank of senior colonel, and 196 1 year was promoted to major general. Won the second-class August 1st Medal, the second-class Independent Freedom Medal, the second-class Liberation Medal and the first-class Red Star Meritorious Medal. On February 8, 2005, 18 died in Suzhou at the age of 94.
