1. Application form for residence permit for foreign employees, application letter for extension of residence permit for foreign employees, identity card of foreign employees and identity certificate of foreign employees issued by Macao Public Security Police.

2. Employment of Licensed Professional Employees, Employment of Licensed Non-professional Employees and Employment of Licensed Domestic Helpers issued by Macao Labor Affairs Bureau.

3. A copy of the director's instructions and valid travel documents issued by the Macao Social and Cultural Department.
