Bai Yang, male, Zhuang nationality,1born in July 1976, graduated from party member, CPC, and joined the work in July 1996/kloc-0. He has served as deputy director of the office of the State Construction Committee, chief of the urban construction department of the State Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, director and deputy director of the office of the State Construction Bureau, and deputy director of the State Housing and Construction Bureau. He is currently the Standing Committee Member and Deputy Mayor of Wenshan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.
