First, HR interview, you need to bring your resume and ID card, about 40 minutes.
HR will let you introduce yourself in English, and then have some simple conversations in English, such as your hobbies. Then ask questions according to your resume, mainly focusing on your previous work experience.
Soon after passing, you will receive a phone call and email informing you of the following interview time and place. The email reminded me to prepare for the English interview.
Then there is the interview of the regional manager. Maybe every manager has a different style. The one who interviewed me didn't ask English.
First, I introduced myself, and then I began to ask some questions about store management, what problems I encountered in my previous work, how to solve them and so on.
Interview questions asked by the interviewer:
1. What was the store area and staff you were in charge of before?
2. What are the deeper customer complaints?
3. How did you settle down for the old employees in the store?
4. What can you bring to Zara?
