Born in 1966, Wanrong County, Shanxi Province. From 65438 to 0983, he studied at Nankai University and received a master's degree and a doctor's degree in history. He made an academic visit at the University of Wisconsin. He is mainly engaged in the study of China's modern culture and social history, including International Law Import and China in the Late Qing Dynasty (Jinan Press, 200 1) and Li Shutong (Taipei Lixu Culture Co., Ltd., 2001; Hebei Education Press, 2003). In addition, he has edited several books and published more than 20 papers. In 2004, he was promoted from an associate professor to a professor at the School of History and Culture of Tianjin Normal University.
