Yang Minghui: Male, currently deputy secretary of the Party Committee, executive director, general manager and member of the Executive Committee of the Company. Mr. Yang joined the company when 1995 was established, and was appointed as a director of the company on 20 16 19. Mr. Yang is also the chairman of Huaxia Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Huaxia Fund (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Yang has been the director, assistant manager and deputy general manager of the Company since 1995. From May 2002 to August 2005, he served as a director, executive vice president and director of CITIC Trust Co., Ltd.; From July 2005 to June 2007, he served as the chairman of Xincheng Fund Management Co., Ltd.; From August to 20, 2005, he served as the executive director and president of China Investment Securities Co., Ltd. 1996 10. Mr. Yang was awarded the title of senior economist by China International Trust and Investment Company (the predecessor of CITIC Group). Mr. Yang 1982 obtained a bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing technology and equipment from department of mechanical engineering, East China Institute of Textile Technology, and 1985 obtained a master's degree in textile machinery from department of mechanical engineering, East China Institute of Textile Technology.
