Capacity adjustment. Shahe city was once famous for its glass industry in China and was the main source of tax revenue. Due to the escalating pressure of environmental protection, Shahe City has carried out capacity adjustment and energy saving and emission reduction reform, which has affected the overall development of Shahe City and reduced its fiscal revenue to some extent. Shahe City is located in the south of Hebei Province, at the eastern foot of the southern section of Taihang Mountain, and at the western edge of southern Hebei Plain. It is 87.5km long from east to west and 21.5km wide from north to south, showing a zonal distribution from east to west.
