According to Records of the Five Emperors, Xuanyuan, the Yellow Emperor, once "chased porridge in the north, in Busan, and the city was in the land of Zhuolu." As the first major political activity in China's ancient clan society, Huangdi Xuanyuan's "trip to Busan in Hefei" marked the formation of a unified Chinese nation, and China had the embryonic form of a national system. There are many controversies about the exact location of Busan, including Gao Ping's theory, Huai Lai's theory, Zhuolu's theory and Xu Shui's theory. Busan, South Xu Shui, as the birthplace of Hefei culture, has the strongest evidence. Namely: "The mountain has its shape (commonly known as Guo Dingshan, which looks like a kettle) and the land has its name (Huangdi Terrace, Dongbushan Village, Xibushan Village, NanBusan Village and BeiBusan Village)". "Xu Shui Cultural Relics" records: "According to Zi Jian, the Yellow Emperor merged with Busan, and it was also marked as Wusui (now Suicheng) Busan. Facts have proved that Busan and South Xu Shui are the starting points of Chinese civilization, and Chinese civilization came from here.
Fan, secretary of the county party committee, pointed out in his speech that Busan and Xu Shui have their own shapes, their places have their own names, their history is recorded and their people admire them. The county party committee and county government will respect history, actively create an environment, provide conditions, and work together with the people to promote the promotion and development of Busan's history and culture.
