In 2000, he served as deputy chief engineer and director of customer service department of Harbin Steam Turbine Factory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Harbin Automobile); 200 1 Deputy Chief Engineer, Deputy Chief Economist and Director of Project Department of Harbin Automobile Company. In 2002, he served as assistant general manager and director of project department; Since 2003, he has served as deputy general manager of Harbin Automobile Company.
