2) The screened resume hr will be sent to the employing department to confirm whether it meets the job requirements;

3) hr will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with the applicant after confirmation by the hiring supervisor, so as to prevent the fraud of the resume and confirm the information that is not in the resume.

4) After confirmation, hr will negotiate the interview time with the applicant.

Generally, these steps are relatively fast, and you may receive a notice on the day of delivery, especially for more urgent positions.

If you haven't received the notice, there may be several reasons:

1) There is already a suitable candidate for the recruitment position, and there is no need to arrange an interview;

2) Resume is not suitable for the requirements of enterprise recruitment positions. Be sure to read the job requirements carefully before delivery and confirm whether they match;

3) If you don't receive a phone invitation within 2 working days after submitting your resume, you can call the personnel department to confirm whether the position is in place, whether you have received your resume and whether it meets the company's conditions.

4) Generally, 3-5 companies can be delivered at the same time, and the interview time should be recorded and arranged.
