On the 27th, the fifth session of the 17th People's Congress of Haiyang successfully completed all the tasks of the conference, and was successfully concluded in Fiona Fang Convention Center in the afternoon.
After voting, the meeting was elected according to law: Mars is the director of the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Haiyang City; Feng Changping and Jiang are members of the Standing Committee of the 17th Haiyang Municipal People's Congress; Liu Hongtao is the mayor of Haiyang Municipal People's Government; Yi Jianfeng is the chief procurator of Haiyang Municipal People's Procuratorate. According to the provisions of the Organic Law of Local People's Congresses and Local People's Governments in People's Republic of China (PRC), it must be submitted to the Standing Committee of Yantai Municipal People's Congress for approval by the Procurator-General of Yantai Municipal People's Procuratorate.
At the meeting, Liu Hongtao, the newly elected mayor of the Municipal People's Government, met with the delegates and delivered an affectionate speech.
Subsequently, a constitutional oath ceremony was held. The newly elected director and members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and the mayor of the Municipal People's Government have sworn to the Constitution.
