Yu Jintang, male, born in August 2005, 1963, from Dongwushi Village, Lucunying Township, China, party member, CPC. Graduated from the Chemistry Department of Handan Normal University, 1983, joined the work in August, 1989- 1999, and served as the deputy chief of the General Education Unit of the Culture, Education and Sports Bureau, 1999-2002.
