6. Dispatching management fee
Strictly speaking, this form does not belong to headhunting, but should belong to labor dispatch. The candidate signs a contract with the dispatching company, and the dispatching company dispatches the candidate to work in the client enterprise according to the needs of the client enterprise, and the client enterprise pays the headcount fee to the dispatching company. For example, the salary of the candidate is 10K, and the client company basically gives it to the dispatching company 13- 16K.
