Wang Meng, 1984, was born in qitaihe city, Heilongjiang Province on July 9, and is the head of the coaching staff of China speed skating and short track speed skating national teams. Women's 500-meter champion of short track speed skating in 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin.

Coach Ma Zhong Qing had to be dissatisfied with the world to find skates for Wang Meng. When he saw the hard-won new roller skates, he loved them like life.
By the end of 1997, Wang Meng's standing long jump score had reached 2.15m, and her speed skating score of 500m was 57 seconds, ranking first among athletes of the same age in qitaihe city.
