Li Yong, 1965 was born in Anshan City, Liaoning Province. He is currently the director and associate professor of the National Vocal Music and Art Guidance Department of Shenyang Conservatory of Music. 1985 was admitted to Shenyang Conservatory of Music, 1989 graduated from Piano Department of Music Education Department of Shenyang Conservatory of Music and stayed there.
