Coincidentally, Wang is the chairman of Lujiazui Company, and the current chairman of Lujiazui is the former director of the Economic and Trade Bureau.

According to industry insiders, Disney is as important to Shanghai as the Olympic Games to Beijing, and Shanghai, especially Pudong New Area, will benefit from it in real estate, tourism, entertainment media, commerce, transportation and other industries. Among them, the biggest beneficiaries are listed companies Lujiazui and Jielong Industry. The former is a direct participant in this negotiation and project cooperation, while Jielong Industry was originally a township enterprise in Huanglou, Pudong (now merged into Chuansha Town), and it has a piece of land where the Disney project is located, so it may participate in the cooperation.

Analysis of Lujiazui's recent performance in the secondary market is obviously stronger than that in the broader market. From the perspective of transaction volume, there are obviously incremental funds involved. Perhaps the main funds have the foresight to enter them early and wait for the news to be further clarified.
