2. When applying for a master's degree, the graduate student is not over 30 years old, has a bachelor's degree or an excellent undergraduate graduate, is in good health and performs well.

3. Visiting scholars (including postdoctoral research) should be no more than 50 years old when applying, and should be official staff members of institutions of higher learning, enterprises and institutions, administrative units at all levels and scientific research units.

4. Senior research scholars should not be over 55 years old when applying. In addition to meeting the application conditions for visiting scholars, one of the following conditions shall also be met:

The applicant shall be the official staff and outstanding students of institutions of higher learning, enterprises and institutions, administrative organs and scientific research institutions, and meet the following basic conditions:
