Blue Ocean Business School was formally established in the spring of 20 10. They recruited elite talents from "985" and "2 1 1" schools for two years. Training is based on actual combat courses, combining theory with actual combat, and independently developing training system. At present, Blue Ocean Business School has all kinds of classrooms, conference rooms, libraries and other infrastructure, and also provides students with first-class apartment buildings and other living facilities. The business school has more than 260 internal lecturers and more than 40 external lecturers. Last year, the business school published two monographs on enterprise education, and the other four are expected to be published in 20 14. The total number of students enrolled reached more than 600. Nearly 200 students have successfully graduated in the first two periods, and most of them have become middle-level cadres of the group. In the past four years, the middle-level cadres trained by business schools account for about one-third of the total number of middle-level cadres in enterprises.

The internal teachers are composed of middle and senior cadres with rich practical knowledge in the group company, and the external teachers are composed of famous professors from Nanjing University, Zhejiang University, Peking University and other national key universities. The characteristic curriculum system covers management, Chinese studies, talents and other disciplines.
