How to edit a WORD document and delete redundant paragraph breaks (see screenshot)
1. Open the document where the paragraph break needs to be deleted.

2. Then click View-Page View.

3. Then click the inverted triangle as shown.

4. After clicking, click other commands.

5. Then the word Options dialog box will pop up, and click Show. At this time, you can see that the paragraph mark is ticked.

6. Then remove the checkmark, and click OK to remove the redundant paragraph break.
