As far as I know, employers can see personal information such as telephone numbers and ID numbers of all job seekers in two ways. First of all, we can directly see your resume submitted to the employer. Second, employers can only see your Zhilian number and resume content when searching for resumes. Personal confidence such as names and mobile phones can only be seen when you buy points in Zhilian. So I think it will be more difficult for others to get your information, unless Zhilian sells it by itself, but I haven't met it yet.
