First, interest education, gratitude education

Two months ago, like most of my classmates, I had a teacher's umbrella to give me advice when I finished my task, and I didn't need to shoulder the heavy responsibility alone with my own shoulders. From kindergarten to graduate school, I received 23 years of education and was decorated by countless gardeners. They taught me scientific and cultural knowledge, taught me the wisdom of being a man and doing things, and gave me the energy to live and study, which benefited me a lot. The greatness of education lies in teachers' selfless care and help for students, and everything they have attended and done.

Postgraduate education is a form of education that allows students to have more contact with tutors and learn more fully. 20 1 1 year1October, I was fortunate to be a member of Liu Jiaoshou School, a vocational education expert, and spent three years of study and life that had the greatest influence on me, burying my head in study and being a man. Doing academic work, the teacher has a profound academic foundation, which led us to complete one subject after another, including the merger of the two universities, the national moral education project, and published two or three books. My teacher took us to a meeting in China and studied abroad, and almost all cities in the province went to do projects. In doing things, I learned great wisdom in life and study. The small details of doing everything always affect me and become my constant strength. Teachers regard education as the inheritance and continuation of life, and I really feel the selflessness and greatness of teachers' education concept.

Under the baptism of these educations, I formed my own educational view, which laid a rational professional knowledge and ideological and political foundation for my future education, and laid a perceptual professional quality foundation for dealing with people.

Some of them also hope that they can go back to school after working in their posts for decades and give their accumulated experience to students who really need it. In the process of teaching, it is easy to fall into the embarrassing situation of scripted and boring. A person with rich professional experience will have a relatively deep understanding and perception of the workplace. When preparing lessons, he is easy to pay attention to the key points and details of job hunting, and he is easy to feel and comprehend in teaching, thus enhancing the vividness of the course and improving students' learning enthusiasm.

(3) Positive educational attitude is the key factor for teachers' success.

Excellent vocational guidance teachers must have correct values and outlook on life, patiently and responsibly solve students' problems in class, maintain a cheerful and optimistic attitude, and guide students to see the importance of career planning more objectively. In addition, in the teaching process, the employment guidance teacher tries to play various professional roles in society, so that students can see all kinds of situations that will occur in the job search process more intuitively and set a good example for students.

On the basis of mastering post knowledge and training skills, teachers must also have a positive educational attitude, take students as the foundation, consider problems from the perspective of students, and give students the best education in order to become an excellent teacher.

Third, innovate the model and improve the actual effect.

In order to promote students' employment, the Admissions and Employment Office of our school attaches great importance to curriculum construction and curriculum evaluation, and actively organizes various lectures and competitions to promote students' smooth employment. The competitions I run include employment competitions, entrepreneurship competitions and resume competitions. Among them, the "Teaching Competition of Employment Guidance Course" for teachers covers career planning, professional awareness training, professional ethics, professional ideals and career decisions, students' employment psychology, entrepreneurship education, employment interview skills, resume making, employment policies and regulations, etc. In the competition, PPT is used to talk about the course, and the teachers of employment guidance course are evaluated and scored from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching content analysis and narration, teaching process design, teaching methods and means, teaching effect, teaching attitude and expression, and personal characteristics. The school not only attaches importance to the off-campus training of employment guidance teachers, but also actively inspects their professional ability.

As a researcher of vocational guidance courses, I want to be an excellent vocational guidance teacher first, and then I want to think about how to better complete the curriculum construction and curriculum evaluation system construction of vocational guidance courses in schools. During my visit to some schools, I found it a good way to learn from the mature practices of other schools. However, direct grafting in our school will lead to acclimatization because of the different basic conditions of the school, and it will also form a stereotyped and uncreative situation, let alone innovation and transcendence. Although I have only been employed for two months, I don't know much about it, but I will observe and study hard in the next time. On the premise of fully understanding our school's employment curriculum and continuing our excellent model, let the employment curriculum form a set of employment curriculum system belonging to Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology. If conditions permit, I can write my own employment curriculum guidance materials.

In short, I benefited from education, and I am grateful for everything that education has brought me; I have studied scientific educational methods and determined to contribute to vocational education.
