According to Zhu Hai, before the opening ceremony, Li Bai's poems will be reproduced in the square in a situational way, and finally gathered at the opening ceremony. The theme of the opening ceremony program is "revisiting the hometown of poetry", inviting poets to create or combine existing poems, and inviting poets and citizen representatives to recite them. In the "Poetic Country Dream" section, 10 Sichuan poets will be selected for recitation, and a group of poems describing the great changes in Mianyang will be selected for recitation. The "Tribute to the Motherland" section is mainly composed of poems written by revolutionary martyrs and ordinary people, and the "Garland of Mother Tongue" section is mainly composed of selected readings of Li Bai's famous works and poetry recitation around the core values of Chinese culture. After listening to the introduction of the director group and Beijing experts, Jing Dazhong suggested that the director group should look at the whole country in the planning of the opening ceremony of the 4th China Poetry Festival. Wen Fen, director of Mianyang Cultural Center, suggested that the director group integrate Mianyang children's poetry creation into the opening ceremony program. At the same time, other Mianyang literary and art circles who attended the meeting also expressed their views on the planning of the opening ceremony of the poetry festival. The reporter learned that according to the arrangement of the Ministry of Culture, Zhu Hai, a well-known domestic TV art planner and poet, was the general planner of the opening ceremony of the 4th China Poetry Festival, and Xing Shimiao, a national first-class director, the general director of the 9th China Art Festival, and the dance director and executive director of CCTV Spring Festival Evening for many times, was the general director. At the same time, the dance and lighting teams of the opening ceremony are all first-class teams in China.
