Brief introduction of Li Chuan
Li Chuan, male, current researcher, doctoral supervisor, project leader of Shanghai Institute of Pharmacology, China Academy of Sciences, deputy director of drug metabolism research center, director of pharmacokinetics experiment of traditional Chinese medicine, and winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund. 1986 graduated from the Department of Pharmacy, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and later worked in the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. /kloc-from 0/995 to the end of 2000, he studied at Tokyo Pharmaceutical University, Japan (obtained a doctorate) and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at New Jersey State University, USA. In September, 2000, he was selected into the "Hundred Talents Program" of China Academy of Sciences and employed by Shanghai Institute of Pharmacy. The main research fields include: (1) pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine and related multi-component complex biological sample analysis technology; (2) Pharmacokinetics research in new drug discovery and innovative drug development. He presided over a number of research projects funded by National 973,863, National Natural Science Foundation and Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. In 2004, he was identified as the first batch of national candidates for the "100 million talents project in the new century" by the Ministry of Personnel and other seven ministries and commissions, and received special government subsidies from the State Council in the same year.
