Adidas' requirements for suppliers:

Forced labor, whether prison labor, prostitution labor or imprisonment labor, shall not be employed, and employees shall not work under coercion or any form of intimidation.

Children under the age of 15 shall not be employed.

The recruitment and post-employment decisions should be made according to employees' working ability rather than their personal characteristics or beliefs.

Wages should meet the basic needs of employees and some reasonable savings and discretionary expenses.

Except in special circumstances, employees shall not be required to work more than 60 hours per week (including overtime) or lower hours as stipulated by local laws.

We must recognize and respect employees' right to join organizations and conduct collective bargaining according to their own choice.

Employees should enjoy dignity and be respected. No employee should be subjected to corporal punishment, sexual harassment, psychological or verbal harassment or injury.
