(Sichuan Daily reporter Jiang) The reform of the professional title system of primary and secondary school teachers in our province has been fully launched. The evaluation criteria will effectively change the tendency of overemphasizing papers and academic qualifications. The professional title does not require computer application ability testing, and it will be appropriately tilted towards rural teachers. On May 17, the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department announced the "Implementation Plan for Deepening the Reform of Professional Title System of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Sichuan Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan") and a series of supporting measures, which clarified the objectives, scope and specific timetable of the reform.
The implementation scope of this reform includes: ordinary primary and secondary schools, vocational secondary schools, kindergartens, special education schools, work-study schools, provincial, municipal (state), county (city, district) teaching and research institutions and off-campus educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as primary and secondary schools). Private primary and secondary school teachers can also refer to the implementation plan to participate in the title evaluation.
One of the key points of this reform is that our province will establish a unified professional title (post) system for primary and secondary school teachers. Including: reforming the original independent professional title (post) system of primary and secondary school teachers, and establishing a unified post system for primary and secondary school teachers, which is divided into primary, intermediate and senior positions.
Unified title (job) level and name. Junior staff level and assistant level; The high level consists of sub-high level and positive high level. The titles (positions) of ranks, assistant ranks, intermediate ranks, deputy senior ranks and senior ranks are in turn three-level teachers, two-level teachers, first-level teachers, senior teachers and senior teachers.
The unified professional titles (positions) of primary and secondary school teachers correspond to professional and technical posts in public institutions: full-time senior teachers correspond to professional and technical posts from Grade 1 to Grade 4, senior teachers correspond to Grade 5 to Grade 7, Grade 1 teachers correspond to Grade 8 to Grade 10, Grade 2 teachers correspond to Grade 11 to Grade 12 and Grade 3 teachers correspond to Grade 13.
