Zuo Zhengxue, the county magistrate of Yangbi County, was born in1September, 979. He is a graduate student at the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. 1998 joined the work in July and served as secretary of Yangbi County Committee of the Communist Youth League. Due to work needs, Comrade Zuo applied to resign as the county magistrate of Yangbi Yi Autonomous County People's Government and was not arrested.
