Deng Ying didn't survive. Deng Ying is a character in the novel Notes on the Observation of the East Factory. Deng Ying was originally an architectural enthusiast, but because of her father, she entered the palace as a eunuch. In the end, Deng Ying wrote "Record of Hundred Crimes", admitted the crimes he had never committed, and finally decided that Ling Chi was dead. Therefore, Deng Ying did not survive in the end.
