How to apply successfully?
When you are about to leave school, I believe that you are either preparing an exquisite resume carefully, or you are on your way to submit your resume or attend an interview. Indeed, the number of emails about interview consultation received by the company has also increased significantly recently, and many students from famous universities in China and overseas have taken a keen interest in Tang Jie Media's 20 18 internship recruitment plan. Today, we specially invited Ms. Zhou Min, Director of Human Resources Department of Tang Jie Media, to give some interview suggestions to the 20 18 fresh graduates from the perspective of enterprise talent selection. The following contents were dictated by General Manager Zhou, and I arranged them.

Fiona. week

Hello, students who are about to enter the society! Under normal circumstances, we will decide whether we have the opportunity to become interns or regular employees through at least two interviews and one entry assessment. Therefore, I suggest that after submitting your resume to the Tang Jie media, you must keep your mobile phone, email and other contact information open, so as not to miss the interview notice.

Next, from the perspective of human resources, I will introduce some suggestions for students to participate in the interview, which I believe will help improve their interview results.

1. research company

As we all know, our interview requirements for recruiting new employees are extremely strict. If an applicant gets an A+ in the first interview of Tang Jie Media New Media Division, but he knows nothing about the corporate culture of Tang Jie Media, we will reduce the score from 10% to 15%, because in our opinion, every applicant should take the initiative.

2. Be fully prepared in advance.

Some interviewers are obviously not fully prepared and are at a loss about career planning and other issues, which will make the overall score of the interview extremely low and it is difficult to win the opportunity to be selected for the next round of interviews. So, make full preparations in advance, especially what is your career plan? What kind of growth do you hope to achieve in the next 3-5 years? Why do you think you are qualified for this position?

Dress correctly

Clean, neat, simple and comfortable clothes, not grandiose, artificial and too much decoration. Even if you are applying for the position of visual and film planning, you should know that your naturalness and sincerity are more likely to impress people.

Arrive on time

There is no reason to be late for the interview if you arrive at the appointed time in advance.

Relax and be full of enthusiasm.

Smile naturally, be kind and enthusiastic, relax, and observe the basic interview etiquette. If you are rude or arrogant, these details are likely to be found and recorded. When interviewing, the first impression is very important.

6. Honesty/confidence/truthfulness/conciseness

If the interview begins, the quality of your answers and your on-the-spot reaction are important evaluation contents of the whole interview. Your answer should be frank and true, and answer the interviewer's questions truthfully. At the same time, you should confidently show your skills, experience, advantages, school or work experience, which directly affect the interview evaluation. Answer the questions as concisely as possible, and don't have too many catchphrases, such as "this", "that" and "actually". Too many mantras will affect our judgment on job seekers' communication skills and professional dimensions.

7. Remember the importance of body language

Although the content of communication is the most important in an interview, is body language often an important consideration that will affect the interview evaluation? Common body language such as smiling, eye contact, comfortable and confident sitting posture, active listening and nodding is added. Bad body language must be eliminated, such as listlessness, watching from a distance, playing with a pen, fidgeting in a chair, shaking your legs or crossing your legs, stroking your hair, chewing gum or talking to yourself.

8. Questions raised

We often ask candidates to ask a few questions of concern during the interview. This is actually carefully designed, which can help us understand the interviewer's values and hobbies from the side. I won't introduce the analysis model behind it in detail. So I suggest that you must carefully prepare a few questions that you care about, so as not to ask some questions that sound bad.

9. Don't forget to say thank you

Being polite to others will often win the favor of others, especially after the interview, shaking hands with the interviewer and sending a thank you will often win the favor of the interviewer. Only those with 9 comprehensive evaluations of B+ or above have a chance to win the next interview, so don't forget to say thank you!

10. Thank you letter

It is our basic requirement for an employee to have a good comprehensive quality and always be grateful. Therefore, if you politely thank the interviewer after the interview and send an email a few days later to show your concern and follow-up, I believe you can leave a better impression on the interviewer and get a better evaluation.
