Introduction: Changchun Bus Factory, the predecessor of Changchun Railway Bus Co., Ltd., was founded in 1954. It is one of the key construction projects during the First Five-Year Plan 156, and it is the largest production base of railway passenger cars in China. It has two production systems: railway passenger cars and railway vehicles. More than 500 railway passenger cars 1500 and centralized and decentralized emus will be built every year, and more than 950 railway passenger cars will be built. In March 2002, with the approval of the State Economic and Trade Commission, China Railway Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Corporation (now inherited by China North Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Group Corporation) initiated the establishment of Changke Co., Ltd., with all the operating assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary Changchun Bus Factory related to the manufacturing business of railway passenger cars and urban rail vehicles as capital contribution, and jointly established a joint stock limited company with five other promoters including North Asia Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. in cash. 20 15 12.28, Changchun Railway Passenger Car Co., Ltd. was renamed CRRC Changchun Railway Passenger Car Co., Ltd.
