He has served as secretary of the general manager, assistant to the director of the general manager's office, deputy director of the general manager's office (presiding), director of the general manager's office, manager of securities investment center, securities affairs representative, supervisor, manager of securities department, manager of legal department, assistant to the chairman, deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors. At present, he is the deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors of our company, the director and deputy general manager of Zhejiang Zoje Sewing Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company, and Mr. Zheng, the executive director of Zoje Europe Co., Ltd., has never served as a shareholder or actual controller of our company.
