1982 graduated from the Department of Soil and Water Conservation of Beijing Forestry College with a bachelor's degree. 1982- 1986 engaged in soil and water conservation research in Hebei Forestry Research Institute. From 65438 to 0986, he was transferred to Shijiazhuang Institute of Agricultural Modernization, Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in the research of mountain eco-hydrology, transformation and regulation of rainwater resources, ecological engineering and other related fields, and deeply discussed the theory and technology of Taihang Mountain runoff forestry, mountain water and soil enrichment project, efficient utilization of rainwater resources, ecological forestry project and so on. He has achieved many research results and published more than 30 papers.
